10 piece basic pen set

I have not tried them yet, but I love the thin pens.

Haven’t used it yet but I like the fine points

Disappointed

I thought the pens would be smooth writing. They left blotches on the paper & bled through. Was really looking forward to receiving because of the extra-fine point & had planned to order more. This will not be the case. L. Lint

Plastic ink tip compresses into metal sleeve holding the nib

I love the color selection and saturation of the ink and the way Le Pen writes! However, what I have found, when writing with light/regular pressure, is that the plastic ink nib immediately begins to compress/recede into the metal sleeve in which it is seated. Over a VERY short period of normal use, bit-by-bit, the tip has receded so much that it is impossible to write with as the metal sleeve catches on the paper or the tip has receded so, that writing is not possible. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. As I stated, I do not press heavily on the pen when I write. This has happened consistently with each Le Pen or set of Le Pens that I have purchased within the ~12 months from this site as well as in local stores. I have used this pen brand for years and this is so surprising. I am wondering why the poor quality and if there has been a change to how they are constructed. As a long standing fan of this pen I have to say I can no longer purchase it.

Wonderful pens!

These pens are simply the best to use, it's hard not to order all of them! Ink flows beautifully, my writing looks really good, who could ask for more?
