Hazardous Waste

I had to wrestle the top off of this Premium fine-point silver marker, and then when I shook it (as directed, to get the ink flowing), it flew apart and splashed all over the place, including my shoes, exuding a lot of toxic xylene fumes all at once. We had to evacuate until it had evaporated. I'm trying to figure out what could clean this off of my stuff, and my shoes, and how to legally dispose of the remains of this thing, not to mention coming to an accounting with this company, They really have to do some quality control, so this doesn't keep happening.

Markers explode and leak all over on first attempt

Had many orders where the markers just explode all the ink out at the first press down and are useless. Have contacted customer service multiple times with no help

The quality of the paint/color can’t be beat! I have compared the metallic paint pens against other brands and Uchida’s line was extremely Rich, Shiny, and pigmented!!! Made the other brands look dull and watered down!!!
