I ordered 4 sets of Color In Brush Pens. I was sent 4 sets of Le Pen fine tip markers. I emailed this, and have been ignored for days. I would revise this review if I ever get what I actually ordered.
Love the colors and the feel of drawing with these!
Though I have been using the Le Plume II for several decades I only learned about the COLOR IN BRUSH MARKERS a couple of years ago. They are wonderfully juicy which makes them great for use with rubber stamps. The brush is much softer than that of the Le Plume II which makes it a little more difficult to use with coloring books. But it also makes them a little more like watercolor painting. They are very blendable as well.
I was excited to try them after hearing about them! I used them for modern hand lettering/calligraphy. They're really juicy which creates a natural ombre effect and the colors are very vibrant. The brush tip are a slightly inconsistent. Some were firmer than others or were poking out further (easy fix just push them back in). Regardless of these minor problems I would definitely recommend for anyone that would like a set of brush marker for coloring or hand lettering. I'm not sure how fast they will fray, but from the looks of it, they may fray easily depending on how heavy handed you are or the paper quality.
